400 hospitalised after ‘serious reactions’ to weight-loss drugs

Weight-loss drugs have been touted in the media as also helping to reduce cravings for addictive substances – but almost 400 people needed hospital treatment since the rollout of medications such as Wegovy, Mounjaro and Saxenda, according to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
