Recovering addicts blast Scotland’s shooting-up gallery

Recovering addicts described Scotland’s new drug consumption room as a “waste of time” – and feared it could tempt some back into addiction. It is only yards from a unit where diamorphine is dished out twice a day. A police source also said that guidance on how to deal with people using the drug consumption room was ‘as clear as mud’.
