A new vision is needed to tackle the drug crisis

55% of Americans think reducing the availability of illegal drugs should be a top priority, the Washington Times reported. As well as preserving the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant and the Drug-Free Communities Program, government should counter the normalization of drug use.
