New York sues vape distributors

New York sued 16 corporate and individuals involved in e-cigarette manufacturing, distribution and retail, saying they fuelled a youth vaping epidemic by selling products with cartoonish packaging and child-appeal flavors. It is seeking $hundreds of millions in civil fines and damages.
