Hartlepool drug-alcohol service moves amid £3.6million rebuild

Proposals were approved by Hartlepool Development Corporation to demolish the Start support service centre and replace it with a new facility on the same site. The replacement building is “designed to facilitate an increase in demand for a centre for drug and alcohol misuse”.  The interim home will be in Avenue Road.
