SAMHSA faces huge cuts

By the end of this week, the staff of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration could halve, according to senior staff members and congressional aides who attended briefings by Trump officials. With almost 900 employees and a budget of $7.2billion, SAMHSA generally had bipartisan support, NY Times reported.
