Scottish burden of disease

Public Health Scotland published Scottish Burden of Disease Future prevalence and burden of chronic liver disease. From 2000-2019, the number of people with a diagnosis of chronic liver disease rose 135% to 43,200 – and it estimates this could rise 53.5% to 66,300 in 2044.
