Only 2% of drug addicts who used the SNP’s controversial £2.3million drugs ‘shooting gallery’ in Glasgow were referred for recovery treatment, The Mail on Sunday revealed. This was despite political pledges it would help connect addicts with key services including recovery treatment, housing associations and more.
