Danos standards are inadequate so NHS England released Capability framework for the drug and alcohol treatment and recovery workforce, to be read with the 10-year strategic plan for the drug and alcohol treatment and recovery workforce (2024-2034). It underpins the national drug and alcohol treatment and recovery workforce transformation programme.
