Obama-appointed federal judge Leo Sorokin gave the go-ahead for a class-action lawsuit against a surprising defendant: the Salvation Army – even though only 3 plaintiffs allege they were denied access to its addiction treatment services because they were on methadone and buprenorphine scripts.
