Project ADDER (Addiction, Diversion, Disruption, Enforcement and Recovery) closed on 31 March. Trailblazing a whole-system response to combatting drug misuse in the 13 hardest hit areas across England and Wales, it was originally intended to be a 3-year initiative, but the Home Office added 2 years of extra funding.
