The London Underground is being turned into a drugs den with commuters having to watch on while passengers brazenly smoke crack cocaine and cannabis for their daily high, the Daily Mail reported. Sadiq Khan has seen violent crime rates steadily increase under his 9-year tenure as London Mayor.
