ACMD review: semi-synthetic cannabinoids

The ACMD reviewed the use and harms of semi-synthetic cannabinoids and tetrahydro-cannabinol acid (THCA), recommending that these be controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (MDA) under Class B and Schedule I of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001, and that the UK generic text be updated to enable legislation.
