Clients hooked on vaping are “even more addicted than smokers”

Glasgow-based Anne Penman used laser therapy – which sends pulses to acupuncture points – to build a global chain of clinics to help smokers quit. Now she sees vape addicts and warns they are “even more addicted than smokers… These devices can deliver up to 3,000 puffs compared to a cigarette which contains only 10 puffs”.
