The Scottish Government published the non-mandatory Drugs and Alcohol Workforce Knowledge and Skills Framework for practitioners, commissioners and service providers. With it is the Drugs and Alcohol Workforce Learning Directory with 5 themes: family-inclusive practice, stigma, harm-reduction, human rights, trauma-informed care.
