Hong Kong: over half of rehab patients discharged prematurely

Most patients admitted to 4 government-subsidized drug treatment and rehabilitation centers were discharged without completing their treatment and rehabilitation programs, according to the Audit Commission. Also, the annual occupancy rates for all 4 centers failed to meet the Department of Health’s standards since 2015.
