Seabrook rehab will close in July

Sadly, Seabrook, a substance-abuse rehabilitation facility in South Jersey for more than a half-century, has announced plans to close. The shutdown, which will end 96 jobs, is to take effect by 30 July, according to a notice filed with the New Jersey Department of Labor.
