World report on social determinants of health equity

Released today, the WHO Commission on Social Determinants of Health’s World report 2025 shows that inequities in health are closely linked to degrees of social disadvantage and levels of discrimination. The report is the 1st of its kind since 2008 which laid out targets to 2040.
