The term “gas station heroin” encompasses the drug tianeptine and other 7-OH drugs with dangerous opioid-like effects, but which can be bought at US smoke shops, gas stations and other outlets. 7-OH products, often falsely marketed as kratom leaf extracts, are synthetics that pose heroin-like dangers, Mark Gold MD warned.
