SNP health minister accused of ‘arrogance’ for backing more shooting galleries

The SNP’s health minister has been accused of “arrogance” after backing a rollout of more drug consumption rooms before a pilot scheme in Glasgow has been evaluated and despite mass criticisms from its harms by neighbours and across the media.
