Thailand does U-turn on decriminalisation

Thailand is moving to pass new legislation banning cannabis for recreational use in a major reversal, 3 years after it became the 1st in Asia to decriminalise the drug. Public Health Minister Somsak Thepsuthin said he had signed an announcement limiting cannabis to medical use only, ITV reported.
