Speaking at a House of Commons Scottish Affairs Committee inquiry into the Glasgow ‘safe’ drug consumption facility, the minister for policing and crime prevention said the Westminster government would “not be amending the Misuse of Drugs Act”, Pharmaceutical Journal reported.
