The National Institute for Health and Care Research Policy Research Unit in Addictions works through its Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement network to involve over 90 people with living or lived experience of illicit drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, nicotine and gambling. It prioritises 8 ethical principles.
