Penn North mass overdose

It has been 5 days since 27 people overdosed in Baltimore’s Penn North neighborhood, and police don’t have any updates on the substance behind the mass overdose situation or who is responsible for distributing the drugs. Members of the defunded ‘Peace Team’ continue to help. But the mass overdose has led others to seek help.
