UK Addiction Treatment Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm Sullivan Street Partners, has completed the acquisition of Providence Projects, a 44-bed facility in Bournemouth. This increases UKAT’s total bed capacity to 244 and enables it to offer primary, secondary and tertiary treatment.
