Big Pot and the SAM bill

Earlier this year, the House Budget Committee introduced the No Deductions for Marijuana Businesses Act (HR 1447 / S 471), a commonsense SAM-authored bill to preserve the intent of Section 280E of the tax code, even if marijuana is rescheduled by the federal government. Big Pot is spending a significant chunk of its time on it.
