Westmorland and Furness Council is entering into a joint working agreement with neighbouring Cumberland Council – Cumberland Council will take charge in both the procurement and awarding of any contracts involved in the addiction service on behalf of Westmoreland and Furness. Services should commence 1 October 2026.
