Defendants and victims in sexual assault cases: memories

Sexual assault can lead to later addiction as a coping mechanism; addressing it helps recovery. Now University College Dublin et al published the 1st study to compare memory errors between complainants and the accused. The findings suggest that both parties are “equally likely to misremember” details of what happened.
