The government has included hexahydro- and THC-derivatives in the Misuse of Drugs Act as Class B and in the MDR as Schedule 1 compounds and listed in Schedule 1 of the Misuse of Drugs Order. The UK generic text for cannabinoids in the MDA will be similarly updated. Related legal information will be made more widely available.
