High on marijuana? You can own a gun

Despite mass shooters being shown to have used marijuana, and despite “traditions of disarming felons, alcoholics and the mentally ill”, a federal appeals court handed ‘medical’ marijuana patients a major victory, ruling that the government can’t ban them from owning guns.
