Hospitality staff encouraged to go sober for October

Industry charity Hospitality Health is trying to persuade Scottish hospitality staff to take part in OctSober, while also raising funds for the charity. “Hospitality is a very demanding industry, and it is all too easy to rely on alcohol to take the edge off things, which can in turn hinder day to day performance.”
