MPs call for gambling tax hike

UK betting shop estate are fighting against chancellor of the exchequer Rachel Reeves heeding calls backed by over 100 Labour MPs to hike gambling taxes, in a letter from the Gambling Reform All-Party Parliamentary Group calling for increased taxation of gambling, ringfenced “to help address child poverty and related harms”.
