New York Attorney General Letitia James announced a settlement with Indivior, stopping its misleading promotion of its opioid overdose drug Opvee (nalmefene). It is not authorized by the New York State Department of Health for use without a prescription, but was marketed as if it were interchangeable with Narcan.
