Fentanyl Anonymous started in 2023 in Fresno, California, as a nonprofit offering a 12-step recovery program but born from a struggle to share in traditional recovery meetings. It has now spread across the US and Canada, ABC News reported. “Fentanyl Anonymous showed me people that can quit.”
