1,400 gather to combat tobacco

Over 1400 delegates gathered in Geneva yesterday to begin deliberations on accelerated action on tobacco control at the opening of the 11th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP11) to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
