Alcohol-related diseases and injuries could cost the Australian healthcare system a staggering $68billion over 60 years if nothing is done to stop the impact, predicted the Griffith University The Alcohol Policy (TAP) model. This epidemiological model estimates the avoidable alcohol-related disease, injury and healthcare cost burden.
