Carolyn Lochhead joins Alcohol Focus Scotland from the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, where she is director of External Affairs. Before that, she headed communications and campaigning at the mental health charity SAMH. Carolyn also serves on the board of the Scottish Council of Voluntary Organisations.
