Key findings in the NHS Health Survey for England, 2024 include: Cigarette smoking among adults continued to decline (27% in 1993 to 11% in 2024), E-cigarette use was 10% in 2024,  77% of adults had drunk alcohol in the last 12 months (50% of men, 38% of women), and Men (27%) were more likely than women (15%) to drink over 1 units per week.
