Public Health Scotland released its Rapid Action Drug Alerts and Response quarterly ​report – drug-related harms remained high September-November 2025. Most harms involved multiple drugs, continuing polysubstance use. Clonazolam was the most common street benzo, nitazene-type opioids in deaths reached a record high, and cocaine remained the most frequently reported drug.
