Trump unveils addiction initiative

US President Donald Trump signed an executive order yesterday to coordinate a federal plan to combat drug addiction and substance abuse. The White House Great American Recovery Initiative will advise federal agencies to issue grants in support of addiction recovery and education and advise how to integrate programs to aid with drug abuse prevention, intervention, treatment, recovery and support.
