Bill to restrict AI in psychotherapy

The Minnesota House Health Finance and Policy committee last week considered HF 3893, a bill limiting the use of AI in psychotherapy services. It would prohibit individuals and corporations from offering therapy or psychotherapy services unless the service is conducted by a licensed (human) professional.
