The Commission on Narcotic Drugs, at its 69th session, announced a multidisciplinary panel of 19 independent experts to provide recommendations for the global drug policy review due under the Commission in 2029. This is part of Resolution 68/6 on “a path to effective implementation”. The panel includes Professor Mike Farrell.
