Driving and ‘medicinal’ cannabis

Tom Arkell of Australia’s Swinburne University of Technology explains in The Conversation that THC negatively impacts cognitive functions, such as attention and memory, impairs driving in a simulator and in the real world on a highway. THC effects on driving are roughly comparable to low blood alcohol concentrations, depending on the dose and frequency of use.
