The UK experiment to end smoking

Anyone born after 1 January 2009 will never be able to legally buy tobacco in the UK thanks to the tobacco and vapes bill, which is expected to become law this month. Hon Professor Lisa McNally of the University of Birmingham – who spent much of her career working on smoking cessation and prevention – forecasts a difficult road ahead.
