Universal Health Services agreed to acquire virtual behavioral health provider Talkspace in a deal valued at about US$835million. The transaction is expected to close later in 2026, subject to customary approvals. Talkspace provides virtual mental health services through a network of about 6,000 licensed professionals across all 50 US states.
