The Controlled Drugs (Drug Precursors) (Amendment and Revocation) Regulations 2026 is draft legislation not yet made a UK Statutory Instrument. It will amend deficiencies in the assimilated law relating to drug precursor chemicals which arose as a result of the Windsor Framework, to reflect the fact that the assimilated law applies only in GB, not the whole UK.
