Summit at White House on addiction treatment best practices for homeless

Drug Czar Sara Carter hosted a 2-day summit hosted by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to find whole-of-government solutions for drug addiction among the homeless population.
