Americans Against Legalizing Marijuana updated us that 2 federal class action lawsuits filed 4 May mark the beginning of what could become hundreds of lawsuits against the marijuana industry nationwide. The complaints target major cannabis corporations including Cresco Labs, Curaleaf, Green Thumb Industries, and Verano Holdings.
