Cocaine drug-for-drug: futile

University of Bristol’s synthesis of findings from 163 randomised trials confirmed that the search for a pharmacological solution to cocaine dependence has largely been futile: “we found no convincing evidence for the effectiveness of any pharmacological treatments for cocaine use disorder”.
