A campus risk: online sports betting

Students at colleges and universities have round-the-clock access through their phones to place bets in their dorms, in class and even during games, with constant opportunities to gamble. According to the NCAA, about 67% of college students on campus bet on sports. It is estimated that 6% of college students have a serious gambling problem, about double the US adult population. O’Neill Law recommends an alcohol regulation approach.
